Street Opening Application

Applicants can apply on-line for a street opening permit, whether it be for 
temporary work, area obstruction, or excavation work within the public right of 
way. Once submitted, the issuing department can do the appropriate review, 
fee calculating and notifications. Registration creates a database of all historic 
or current street opening permits issued.
