Fee Schedule: We can now configure multiple fee schedules to calculate dynamically over time without having to modify form logic

Map now works for state account. It renders state boundaries and as you zoom in, counties and municipality boundaries.

DataViewer – When grouping, if the result had more than 50 records, it would not bring any. Also now it will bring only 50 groups (max) and 50 records/group
DataViewer – When grouping by a date column, those that had a blank date value would now show inside the group
DataViewer – Bulk Editing was not triggering a view count
